Akbük is 20 km away from Didim, 85 km from Bodrum, 70 km from Kuşadası, and 106 km from Aydın City Center. The town is a heaven on earth with its breathtaking nature and sea.
Akbük has a natural harbor, and many other natural things. With its low rates of humidity, and higher levels of oxygen and clean air, it has a 15 km-long serene coastline. Akbük means tranquility, serenity, peace, and naturality. Located on 25 km2 of area between Kazıklı Bozbük and Didim among olive and pine trees, Akbük has hills named Tilki Tepesi, Kartal Tepesi, Gök Tepe and Çam Tepe, three separate creeks named Çukur, Yavan, and Yarık, and a beautiful coastline between Saplıada and Bozbük. Some major settlements are Saplıada, Sahte Cennet, and Kazıklı Koyu. Akbük’s economy runs on tourism and fishery.
– Panorama Houses overlook almost entire Akbük; it is a special Project with its incredible view, quality, and architecture. I am well aware that this project is one of the distinct projects in Akbük. As the contractor and the architect of CNR Panorama Houses, what distinguishes CNR Panorama Houses from other housing projects?
First, its spectacular view (Laughs). I used to build detached villas, and I can say that CNR Panorama Houses is my first collective housing project. Total of 8 1+1 villas with a sea view, 250 m2 of swimming pool, kiddie pool, and 48 2+1 luxury apartments. It is a concept project built on 6.122 m2 of area. This project was specifically designed for this location. It cannot be built on another location. CNR Panorama Houses is a location-specific project…
Each apartment has three façades. So each room of each apartment has panoramic sea view. Only a few angles that do not have sea view have a beautiful mountain view. We built special view terraces for the residents to enjoy this spectacular view. CNR Panorama Houses does not include ordinary attached buildings and high-rise apartment blocks… Each block has 10 meters between the nearest block on the side, and 10 meters between the nearest block on the back. I think this spacious and functional spaces are very important. For instance, the walling stones that we used for VIP landscape arranging are the natural stones that were dug out during construction works. Since the natural habitat is very important for us, and since all of these stones were found in this area, we used these stones for landscape arranging and I think this tiny detail reflects the spirit of this place. We found solutions to eliminate the visual pollution of solar energy panels on the roofs and air conditioning panels on the walls and we hid those units in convenient ways.
We planned a project that is technology- and eco-friendly and comfortable with its functional architecture and spacious gardens, and that will never cause visual pollution for maybe hundreds of years. Special insulating materials are used. The residents can use their homes all year round, and this is something new in Akbük.
2 golf carts for 8 persons, and regular shuttle services to the city center will be available for the residents. We also provide management services and we have an office building. We have 24/7 security service, parking lots, Jacuzzi, hammocks, BBQ corner, elegant sofa groups, and VIP special landscaping design, and 40 m2 of private gardens.
The residents can drive up to their doorways with their private cars. I personally designed the disabled access entrance. We are also building the access road to the main road. It takes about three minutes to reach the main road.
The residents can go swimming at the beach that sets this beautiful view. In our spacious apartments with 3.60 meters of story height, we particularly use high-quality materials and craftsmanship. CNR Panorama Houses also have heating system for cold winter days, and this is something new in Akbük.
The residents can comfortably live all year round in our well-insulated apartments with heating systems.
This is also something new in Didim. We used special insulation materials on the roofs, walls, and all partitions. We believe in our quality. We offer ten years of warranty. Luxury real estate clients are more attentive when spending their money, we are well aware of that and we never compromise on craftsmanship and material quality.
Since this is an “all-purpose” project, it continues to yield profit to the clients since the day it started. And I think this is one of the details that makes this project more special. Functional apartments with increasing value await their new owners. The entry, inbuilt cloakroom, the living room, bedroom, or the use of bathroom fixtures fit in with the furniture layout. We used elegant and high quality tiling and glazed tiles. Should I tell more? (Laughs) I think we were able to put forth all the details that we wanted to make a difference. We wanted to meet all expectations of the end user regarding investment, living, or spending their vacation. We are tired, we put a lot of effort, but I think we eventually achieved what we aimed for. Frankly, I am very happy with the considerable amount of interest that we were able to draw.

It is a very important issue, the building that you build stands for about 100 years, you can’t even demolish it before 40 or 50 years. Housing is the most significant factor that shapes the characteristics of a city. By the way, I must say that people usually blame the architects for poorly designed buildings, however, the contractors fail to abide by the projects prepared by the architects, but the architects are always the ones to blame.
Correct structuring means a lot.
This is my first collective housing project. My three most recent projects are located on clean and untouched areas just like this one, and we are able to continue without slowing down since we take the right steps. This means more to me because we can shape the identity of the region since there are no other buildings or structures around.
Akbük is already a treasure itself. It is also an attractive region for housing sales, either for use, or investment purposes. I believe high-quality and comfortable housing units will contribute more to Akbük, rather than hotels. I think we will increase the brand value of Akbük through this kind of projects without shattering its touristic values and changing its tourism potential.
Our new projects will again be luxury houses. I am planning to design and build larger collective houses with wider recreational areas and facilities in Akbük on approximately 25.000 m2 of area. I also have detached boutique villa projects.
